Mango-Blueberry Smoothie Bowl (VG, GF)

MANGO-BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, SUGAR-FREE

YIELD: makes 1 serving


INGREDIENTS:


For the smoothie

  • 1 banana

  • 1,5 cups of frozen mango

  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup of coconut yogurt

  • 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed

  • 1-2 pitted medjool dates

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp of maca powder

  • Bit of vanilla bean powder

For the toppings

  • Fresh blueberries

  • Mango pieces

  • Unsweetened coconut and/or banana chips

  • Dollop of coconut yogurt

  • Hemp seeds

  • Cacao nibs

  • Sprinkle of vanilla bean powder


DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a high-speed blender, blend together all of the smoothie ingredients until you reach a thick creamy consistency.

  2. Transfer to a bowl.

  3. Arrange with the toppings and enjoy!
