Mango-Blueberry Smoothie Bowl (VG, GF)

MANGO-BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, SUGAR-FREE
YIELD: makes 1 serving
For the smoothie
1,5 cups of frozen mango
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1/4 cup of coconut yogurt
1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
1-2 pitted medjool dates
Pinch of salt
1 tsp of maca powder
Bit of vanilla bean powder
For the toppings
Unsweetened coconut and/or banana chips
Dollop of coconut yogurt
Sprinkle of vanilla bean powder
In a high-speed blender, blend together all of the smoothie ingredients until you reach a thick creamy consistency.
Transfer to a bowl.
Arrange with the toppings and enjoy!
